Please note that we are not liable for errors and we reserve the right for price changes.
Booking Information:
- All rates are charged in EURO per apartment and night. Heating costs, electricity, towels and bed linen are included in the rate.
- The final cleaning costs are charged per apartment per stay.
- Rates do not include the local tax of 2.70 per person per night (as from 17 years of age).
- Children under the age of 3 stay for free in a cot.
- Check in from 2.00 pm until 7.00 pm – all late arrivals please contact us via telephone.
Cancellation policy 2025/26
Until 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free of charge
7 days until 4 weeks before arrival 30% of total sum have to be paid.
4 days until 7 days before arrival 50% of total sum have to be paid.
from 3 days before arrival 80% of total sum have to be paid.
Late arrivals, early departures and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the booked rate per day.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
